For the Progreso VIP All Inclusive Silcer Beach Club Excursion, we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if:

You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email shorexcursionsmexico@outlook.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
Your ship misses/skips the port.
Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursions Mexico.
Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

Enjoy a special day at a Progreso All-Inclusive Beach Club, VIP style. At Cocoloba beach club you will enjoy an all-inclusive beach club that will include gorgeous views, a traditional Mexican/American snack buffet, and an open bar. You'll also be treated to all the amenities such as lounge chairs, a freshwater swimming pool, a secluded beach and so much more. There is even an option for a shopping stop before you return to your cruise ship.

You can start this wonderful beach day pass by meeting with your shore excursion guide right at your Progreso cruise ship pier. Your beach excursion guide will check you in and then you will get on board for the quick ride in air-conditioned transportation to the Cocoloba Bech club.

This VIP beach club day pass entitles you to use the following included items: beach chairs, umbrellas, swimming pool, WiFi, and unlimited food and drink. There is even a kid's club! The water is typically calm, average temperature 78F (26 C), and rather shallow which makes it nice for a dip.

Take a stroll along the beach, sip a beverage from the open bar, enjoy the buffet with Mexican and American favorites, relax in a launge bed in the shade with a full ocean view. This is a genuine VIP beach day pass excursion.

For those adults ages 10 years and up, there is now the option to book Open Bar only. Alcohol only for ages 18 years and up; ages 10-17 will receive soft drinks only with the Open Bar package.

The beach club's open national bar features:
Pina colada, Margaritas, Soft drinks, Mixed drinks, Beer (Corona), and bottled purified water. All mixed drinks are available with or without alcohol (rum and tequila). Additional choices/drinks at an additional cost.

The return transportation will leave the beach club 1.5 hours before your ship departure at your Progreso cruise ship pier. Guests may choose to take a taxi back at their own expense earlier.

Additional activities are available such as , banana boats, and massages all at the guest's expense.

What if it rains and I do not want to go to the beach?

If the weather is bad, a full refund will be made as long as you have not consumed any food or beverages. If you have then you will receive 50% back. Please follow the instructions on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

Do I need to take my passport with me on the Progreso VIP All Inclusive Silcer Beach Club Excursion to show with my Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket?

No, it is not necessary to take along your passport or driver's license unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.
