For the Excursion, we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if:

Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
Your ship misses/skips the port.
Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursions Mexico.
Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

Cancun Marina playa totugas: there you will Check-in at the marina ticket booth with your reservation details. The host will guide you to the waiting area and onto your deluxe shared catamaran. Receive safety instructions and enjoy complimentary drinks from the open bar throughout the trip.

Isla Mujeres: Enjoy snorkeling in the warm Caribbean waters, exploring marine life including fish, mollusks, crustaceans, and colorful corals at El Meco Reef. Our guides will provide snorkel gear and guide you to the best spots. Follow the instructor and enjoy a complimentary snack afterward.

Playa Norte: Stop at the largest natural pool in Latin America and one of the world’s most beautiful beaches, Playa Norte. Enjoy its fresh, crystal-clear waters.

Isla Mujeres Beach Club: Enjoy the facilities at the Beach Club with an international buffet and open bar. Choose a guided tour to explore the island’s historic and cultural sites, including the ruins of the goddess Ixchel (additional cost), or relax at the club, swim, or unwind

Isla Mujeres Downtown: Visit the beautiful town of Isla Mujeres. Walk freely through its streets, browse shops, and pick up a souvenir. After free time in the town, board the shared catamaran for the return trip.

Cancun: On the final leg back to Cancun, relax and enjoy the stunning Caribbean sunset with a delicious piña colada.
